POS, inventory and invoicing with VeriFactu for shops, hospitality and service businesses
For shops, cafés, hairdressers and nail salons that have to bring their invoicing in line with the new Spanish rules before 2027.
THE RULES
What VeriFactu is
It is the new obligation that the Spanish tax authority (AEAT) places on invoicing programs. Every receipt or invoice issued has to be recorded so that it cannot be deleted or altered without leaving a trace, carry a QR code the customer can check, and be sent to the AEAT. It reaches almost every business that charges through a POS or a till program, small ones included.

What WADDON does
- It records every sale Each receipt is linked to the previous one, so any change would be visible.
- It sends it to the AEAT The program takes care of sending. You charge as always.
- It prints the QR on the receipt On screen, as a PDF or on paper, with the code the rules require.
- Declaración responsable (manufacturer's declaration) WADDON O.E., as the manufacturer, signs a declaración responsable for each version of the program, as the law requires.
The terminal needs an internet connection to issue receipts.
THREE KINDS OF BUSINESS
One program, fitted to each business
A shop counter, a café floor and a hairdresser's till are different screens of the same program. Part of it runs in the cloud and part on the terminal installed in your premises, which is updated remotely.
In all three: till with cash count, X report and Z close, and a receipt on screen or as a PDF with no printer needed.
PRICING
Pricing
The licence and the equipment are shown without IVA (Spanish VAT). Maintenance is 50 €/month with IVA already included. The licence and the maintenance are the same for the three kinds of business.
The hardware is fitted to your business
The price shown is for a standard complete POS. If you need another setup, such as more till stations, a barcode scanner, a printer or a kitchen screen, we put it together with you according to what your business uses.
